MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 17, 2004
I. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Meeting of the Town Council was called to order at 10:35 P.M. in the Senior Center - Lounge by Chairman Hines. Members present: Mrs. Hornaday, Messrs: Carlson and Woodford.
II OLD BUSINESS
03/04/09 FY 04/05/ Budget: Set Referendum Date on Recommended Board of Finance Budget
On a motion made by Mr. Woodford, seconded by Mr. Carlson , it was voted:
RESOLVED: That the Town Council instruct the Town Clerk to publish a legal notice establishing the Referendum Date as June 28, 2004.
Mrs. Hornaday and Messrs: Hines, Carlson and Woodford voted in favor.
03/04/-84 Adopt Resolution: Polls to be open 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday, June 28, 2004 for the Referendum
On a motion made by Mr. Woodford, seconded by Mr. Carlson it was voted:
RESOLVED: That the Town Council authorize the extension of the hours on the June 28, 2004 Budget Referendum from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Mrs. Hornaday, Messrs: Hines, Carlson and Woodford voted in favor.
